If you are feeling out of balance - with your relationship, a life stage or transition and trying to manage strong emotions like anxiety, depression, grief - you’ve come to the right place.

I’m a psychotherapist who will listen as we co-create a trusted relationship where we examine patterns that no longer serve you, their origin, and how to transform them with the help of proven therapies.
